Q8: Sam has been in the ministry for at least 30 years. He has served as Music Director, Youth Pastor and Senior Adult Pastor. He is currently Music Director & Associate Pastor Honea Path First Baptist Church in Honea Path, SC.
Q9: Our last move to our current church was after the completion of our son's Junior year of high school. It meant he would have to complete his Senior year at a totally different high school. Sam and I prayed and knew that the Lord wanted us to make the move and that we had to be obedient to His calling. This was a test because we had always prayed that we would go where the Lord led us. I know we were obedient to His call and He has trully blessed our family.
Q10: Sam and I just celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary on Dec 29, 2008
Jared is in his 2nd year of Pharmacy School at the Medical University of SC in Charleston, SC he has 2 more years.
Joanna will graduate from Anderson University in Anderson, SC in May 2009 and will marry Logen Watkins on May 23, 2009. We are looking forward to having a son in law.
